  • Abstract:
Embodied The first paper of this two-paper series developed an understanding of how tender price data can be analysed using artificial intelligence techniques and discussed the relationship between tender price and cost attributes. This second paper demonstrates the power and versatility of artificial neural networks (ANN) techniques methods in modelling tender price. The paper explains the problems that affect the modelling of tender price, the modelling process and optimisation of their development and presents and discusses the results generated by the developed models.
